We joined this year’s Twerton Flower Show to share information about energy support available across Bath and North East Somerset and talk to local people about saving energy at home.
On Saturday, 18 July 2026, we took our Energy at Home stall to Twerton Flower Show, where we spoke to local people about energy-saving tips and the information, advice and support available through the Community Energy Network.
Visitors were invited to make their own folded fans using paper and craft sticks, with tips for keeping cool during hot weather tucked into the folds. The activity gave us a great opportunity to chat with people, answer questions and share information about the support available.
We also reconnected with local organisations and contacts in Twerton and are looking at opportunities for more energy-saving and support activities in the area during the autumn and winter months.
