Want to help people save energy at home and live more sustainably? We're looking for local volunteers to become Energy Champions.
Energy Champions are community volunteers who help others save energy at home and explore ways to live more sustainably, through doing one or more of the following:
- Having conversations with people about their energy needs and signposting them to information and support.
- Joining promotional campaigns around energy use.
- Encouraging and supporting people to take action around energy.
- Sharing their own experiences of improving home energy efficiency.
All Energy Champions receive training, support and opportunities to learn from others. Our next Energy Champion training session will take place on Wednesday 18 November (10am to 3pm).
If you'd like to find out more before signing up, join one of our upcoming briefing sessions:
The briefing sessions are an opportunity to learn more about the role, ask questions and decide whether you'd like to proceed to the free training programme.
